As part of our commitment to our school mission, Athlos Leadership Academy staff holds regular and frequent Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). There, we have collaborative, data-based discussions about creating individualized student plans, student work, teacher instruction, and goal setting.

Athlos Leadership Academy continues to refine our data collection and analysis process with the goal to develop instruction that is guided by relevant data and collaboration among our teachers. The school principal is responsible for monitoring the success of our learning program via frequent classroom walk-throughs, teacher observations and evaluations, and analysis of student data.

It is our on-going responsibility to evaluate and make changes to best serve the individual student needs at Athlos Leadership Academy.
